MB : 2nd trips

This is our 2nd trips to MB. It was 3 days and 2 nights camping in the area (29-31 of July 2016). I concluded this trip was successful compared to our previous trip in 2015 (17-19 April 2015). We encountered more butterflies than beetles, amphibians and other animals. You can view my post of the previous trip here.
We are being informed by the staff of MB that a group of elephant is around the area and we are advised to take early precaution for safety. Were are also being informed that those elephant are not dangerous by the way.

Along the way from the main entrance, we drop by and stop our vehicles (1 Landcruiser 80 and 1 Hilux) to photograph butterflies again and again. The road condition (no pavement yet) are getting better except for motorcars. Only a few points of the road got muddy. A standard 4×4 vehicle should have no problem to get through.

So, lets the following photos continue the history of our findings:

“CRCRTSS” trip

So, another trip 😉 . Really enjoy the natures. Birds singing, butterflies on the river side, got river stream, got real “black night” 😉 , waterfall, Rafflesia, welcoming by villagers. It’s a wonderful experience ;). Scroll down for the story. I’ll let the pictures tell everything ;). Please note that all photos inclusive of 4th trips.

My macro trip to Ranau, Sabah.

End of year 2013 is around the corner, so I decide to have a macro trip. I had scheduled it before actually. Normally I will go alone. But fortunately there were two of my friends also on their trip for macro. They were on their trip two nights early before me but then heading to KK because of “technical error”. One of my friend forgot to bring his camera’s battery charger. Ouchhh…. Then I met them here in KK. So now it was no longer considered as “My lonely macro trip” as usual. So, following are some of the stories 😉 :

Before heading to Ranau, two of my friends ask me to stop at Masjid Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu for shooting this mosque.
